TRX Standing Low Row with Rotation
Lats, Obliques, BicepsTRX Suspension Trainer
A single-arm TRX row featuring torso rotation. Strengthens the lats, obliques, and biceps while enhancing rotational control.
How to do it
1Grab one TRX handle, lean back, and keep your body in a rigid line.
2Reach your free arm toward the floor, letting your torso rotate slightly.
3Drive your working elbow back to your waist while opening your chest upward.
4Squeeze your shoulder blade at the top, then lower under control.
Common mistakes
Sagging at the hips or arching the back, unloading the core.
Yanking your body up with momentum instead of rowing with control.
Curling your wrist inward at the top, overloading the forearm.
Breathing
Exhale as you row and rotate up; inhale as you lower back down.
Make it harder or easier
To make it easier, walk your feet further away from the anchor point.
To make it harder, walk your feet closer to the anchor to increase the body angle.
This is general guidance, not a medical opinion. Listen to your body: if it hurts, stop. If you have an injury or a chronic condition, talk to a doctor first.
