TRX Plank Pike Knee Tuck

TRX Plank Pike Knee Tuck

Abs, Hip Flexors, Delts, TricepsTRX Suspension Trainer

Combines a knee tuck and a hip pike from a TRX suspended plank. Builds intense ab strength, shoulder endurance, and body control.

How to do it

1Set up in a high plank with your feet secured in the TRX straps.
2Keep your back flat and pull your knees directly into your chest.
3Extend your legs back into a clean high plank.
4Drive your hips up toward the ceiling, folding your body into an inverted V.
5Lower your hips with control back to the horizontal plank.

Common mistakes

Sagging your lower back as you reset into the plank.
Relying on momentum instead of driving the movement with your abs.
Collapsing into your shoulders or shifting back behind your wrists.

Breathing

Inhale in the high plank, and exhale as you tuck your knees or pike your hips.

Make it harder or easier

To make it easier, perform only the knee tuck and skip the pike.
To make it harder, hold the top of the pike for two seconds.

This is general guidance, not a medical opinion. Listen to your body: if it hurts, stop. If you have an injury or a chronic condition, talk to a doctor first.
