TRX Knee Tuck
abs, hip flexorsTRX Suspension Trainer
The TRX knee tuck is a dynamic core exercise that challenges your abs, hip flexors, and upper body stability.
How to do it
1Place your feet in the TRX straps and set up in a high plank position on your hands.
2Maintain a straight line from head to heels by bracing your core tightly.
3Bend your knees and pull them straight into your chest without letting your hips spike.
4Pause briefly at peak contraction.
5Extend your legs back out smoothly to return to the starting plank position.
Common mistakes
Arching your lower back when extending your legs, causing lower back strain.
Spiking your hips too high into the air, taking tension off your core.
Sagging through your shoulders, placing excess stress on your shoulder joints.
Breathing
Inhale in the starting plank position; exhale as you tuck your knees toward your chest.
Make it harder or easier
To make it easier, perform alternating knee tucks one leg at a time.
To make it harder, perform a push-up between each knee tuck.
This is general guidance, not a medical opinion. Listen to your body: if it hurts, stop. If you have an injury or a chronic condition, talk to a doctor first.
