TRX Hip Adduction
adductorsTRX Suspension Trainer
An isolation movement performed lying on your back to target the inner thighs (adductors). TRX straps add instability, requiring smooth and controlled movement.
How to do it
1Lie on your back, secure your heels in the TRX straps, and lift your hips slightly off the floor.
2Spread your straight legs wide until you feel a light stretch in your inner thighs.
3Engage your inner thighs and smoothly pull your legs back together.
4Hold the squeeze briefly when your legs meet in the center.
5Slowly open your legs back out under control to return to the starting position.
Common mistakes
Using momentum to swing the legs together instead of engaging the inner thighs.
Excessively arching your lower back, causing unwanted spinal tension.
Spreading your legs too wide without control, increasing the risk of a groin strain.
Breathing
Inhale as you open your legs outward, and exhale as you smoothly pull them together.
This is general guidance, not a medical opinion. Listen to your body: if it hurts, stop. If you have an injury or a chronic condition, talk to a doctor first.
