TRX Biceps Curl

TRX Biceps Curl

Biceps, ForearmsTRX Suspension Trainer

An isolation movement on TRX straps to target your biceps and forearms. Constant strap tension provides smooth resistance while training core stability on an incline.

How to do it

1Grab the TRX handles palms-up and lean back until your arms are fully straight.
2Raise your elbows to shoulder height and lock them in position.
3Bend your elbows, curling the handles directly toward your forehead.
4Pause briefly at the top to feel a peak bicep contraction.
5Slowly extend your arms, returning to the start position under control.

Common mistakes

Letting your elbows drop during the curl, shifting tension from your biceps to your back.
Hinging at your hips to use momentum instead of your arms.
Bending your wrists back, increasing strain on your wrist joints.

Breathing

Inhale as you straighten your arms, and exhale as you curl your body up.

This is general guidance, not a medical opinion. Listen to your body: if it hurts, stop. If you have an injury or a chronic condition, talk to a doctor first.
