Stability Ball Knee Tuck

Stability Ball Knee Tuck

Abs, CoreSwiss Ball

A dynamic core exercise using a stability ball to build abdominal strength and deep stabilizers. The unstable base hits your shoulders and improves coordination.

How to do it

1Start in a plank with your shins resting on the ball and hands directly under your shoulders.
2Maintain a straight line from shoulders to ankles while squeezing your core and glutes.
3Pull your knees toward your chest, rolling the ball in by driving with your abs.
4Hold the peak contraction briefly while staying balanced.
5Slowly extend your legs to roll the ball back into a solid plank.

Common mistakes

Letting your lower back sag during the movement.
Sinking into your shoulders or bending your elbows.
Moving too fast and losing control of the ball.

Breathing

Exhale as you pull your knees to your chest, and inhale as you return to plank position.

This is general guidance, not a medical opinion. Listen to your body: if it hurts, stop. If you have an injury or a chronic condition, talk to a doctor first.
