Sled Push

Sled Push

Quads, glutes, calves, shoulders, coreProwler Sled

Weighted sled pushing movement that builds leg power and shoulder stamina without spinal loading. Excellent for conditioning and explosive drive.

How to do it

1Grip the upright handles of the sled and lean your torso forward.
2Brace your core and lock in a straight line from your hips to your head.
3Drive forward by taking powerful, alternating strides.
4Push off the balls of your feet while keeping a constant forward lean.
5Keep pushing in a straight line until you reach the target distance.

Common mistakes

Rounding your back, which bleeds power and overloads the lower spine.
Walking heel-to-toe during fast pushes, causing loss of momentum.
Raising your hips too high, disengaging your quads and glutes.

Breathing

Breathe rhythmically and deeply, matching exhales to hard leg drives.
