Leverage Glute Bridge Machine
GlutesLeverage Hip Thrust Machine
The lever glute bridge machine isolates the gluteus maximus from a lying position, keeping stress off your lower spine. The lever mechanism provides a guided path and consistent resistance throughout the lift.
How to do it
1Lie back on the bench and position the lever pad across your hip crease.
2Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform and drive through your heels.
3Exhale and drive your hips up by aggressively squeezing your glutes.
4Lock into a straight line from your knees to your shoulders at the top.
5Inhale and slowly lower your hips back down under full control.
Common mistakes
Arching your lower back at the top, putting excessive pressure on your spine.
Pushing through your toes instead of your heels, shifting load to your quads.
Letting your hips drop quickly without controlling the eccentric phase.
Breathing
Exhale as you drive your hips up; inhale as you slowly lower back down.
Make it harder or easier
To scale down, lighten the weight or reduce your range of motion.
To scale up, pause and hold for 2–3 seconds at peak contraction on every rep.
This is general guidance, not a medical opinion. Listen to your body: if it hurts, stop. If you have an injury or a chronic condition, talk to a doctor first.
